Gaming Expo showcases industry

This week’s Australasian Gaming Expo showcased gaming and the Hospitality Industry, according to exhibitors.  “The Gaming Expo is where the industry as a whole shows everyone what they offer and what they are about” said an exhibitor whose stand was the smallest size of 9 square metres.  “We had the chance to get to know everyone better and participate as a united industry.”

Another exhibitor said “the Australasian Gaming Expo is our most productive show and this year, amazingly, was even better than last year.  We increased the product that we sold, grew our business relationships and positioned our brand more firmly as an innovator and a leader in the industry.”

The Gaming Technologies Association’s CEO Ross Ferrar noted that the 21st annual Australasian Gaming Expo had been judged a great success by exhibitors and visitors. “171 exhibitors attended this year’s show, slightly more than last year; and a who’s who of the Hospitality Industry visited, networked and checked out the world’s best gaming technologies, products and services” he said.

Next year’s Australasian Gaming Expo will be held on 21–23 August 2011, again at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour.  Registration and further information is available at
